How to read this policy
The policy above sets out the applicable details. This practical reading guide does not replace those terms, create a separate service commitment or change your legal rights. Contact us if you need clarification before sharing information or purchasing a workspace.
What is the difference between a secret and account data?
The encrypted value you send is different from account information, billing records and metadata needed to operate the service. Browser encryption of the payload does not mean an account is anonymous. Review the categories and retention details above, including information processed by service providers. Do not place credentials in support messages or other fields that are not designed for encrypted secret delivery.
How do I ask a question about this policy?
Use the contact form and identify the policy section you are asking about. Include only the information needed to explain your request. Do not include passwords, API keys, authentication codes or a usable secret link. If you need advice about your own legal obligations, obtain advice from a qualified professional rather than relying on a product summary.
- Read the full policy above and any separate agreement that applies to your account.
- Consider the information you plan to share and the people authorised to receive it.
- Ask for clarification before sending sensitive information or purchasing a subscription.
